WildWorks on CKCU 93.1 FM – On Wednesdays

Time:  Wednesday morning
Where to listen: 93.1 FM in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. http://www.ckcufm.com/ for online live mp3 streaming internationally.
Note: If you’re interested in wanting to be a guest on Wednesday morning, just email me at either wildworks@rogers.com or wildworks@bell.blackberry.net.
It is a general music show and there is a feature on interviews with musicians and bands that come to Ottawa and also from the local scene. The first hour of the show is a top 10 countdown on the newest Canadian tracks. The second hour is more on the various kinds of music being played along with the feature interviews and concert listings.

The opening theme for the show is “All I Ever Wanted To Be” by Lily Frost. It’s also the opening theme song to CBC’s Being Erica.

If you are an up and coming band or artist from Ottawa or around Canada, let me know ahead of time that you want to play your music for the radio show.

You can check the countdown blog at this link. This part of the blog is no longer updated but is used as a reference point for contacting.

The new playlist is now shifted to CKCU’s website at http://cod.ckcufm.com/programs/193/index.html.
